Request the link
- On Log in, choose Forgot password?.
- Enter the email you used for your account and choose Send reset link.
- Check your inbox and spam folder.
- Open the reset link, enter the new password twice and choose Reset password.
- Return to Log in and sign in with your new password.
What the email confirmation means
The sent screen is deliberately neutral. It does not confirm whether an address belongs to an eligible password account. If you only signed in using Google, try Continue with Google.
Link and password checks
Reset links work once and expire after 15 minutes. Follow the password checklist on the reset screen; its requirements may differ from signup. An expired or replaced link needs a fresh reset request.
After a reset
Existing sessions are invalidated. Two-factor authentication still applies when enabled. Changing your password does not replace your authenticator or recovery codes.
