Submit the request
- Open Profile → App settings.
- Choose Delete SPNDY account.
- Read the explanation about subscriptions, households and records.
- Enter your account email to confirm.
- Choose Submit deletion request.
Pending review
The request is recorded for support review. You may continue using Spndy while it is pending. Support must resolve active subscriptions, shared-household ownership and retention requirements before permanent deletion can be completed.
Not an instant erasure button
Submitting the request does not mean all data is immediately erased, and it is not the same as cancelling a subscription. Check the request status and contact support with questions.
